Return Policy
At Sweet Basil, we want you to love our branded apparel and merchandise as much as you love our food! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

Returns

Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with stickers attached (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that stickers, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
Exchanges

How to Exchange: If you need a different size, color, or item, we’re happy to exchange it for you! Simply contact us within 30 days, and we’ll help you get the right product.

Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will process it as a return and issue a refund. Otherwise, there may be a longer wait time as we contact the manufacturer to restock.
Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are available for returned items in original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, after we receive the item.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Refund

Contact Us: Email us at sweetbasilmke@gmail.com with "Apparel Return Request" in the subject title. In the body of the email, let us know the order number, item(s) you'd like to return/exchange, and explain the reason for the request.

Prepare Your Item(s): Ensure the items meet the above conditions.

Ship It Back: Send the item(s) to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Issues with Your merchandise Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at sweetbasilmke@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly, either by replacement, exchange, or refund.
